I gotta get inside this guy's pelt [SKIN] and crawl around...

Amongst other things, this is what I'm reading today. Yep. A whole graphic novel exploring the journey of a Carcharodon carcharias. XOC (a Mayan term for the animal) pronounced SHOCK. Nice, huh? Why? Well, first of all I'm curious and second, people often say that the 2.5 ton marvel of evolution in Jaws was the perfect serial killer. No feelings, no remorse, just swimming and eating and making baby sharks. Not a bad existence when you think about it. Not the serial killer thing, but you know what I mean. Me, I have all the respect in the world for the big fish in the grey suits no matter what their size. Makos, Bulls, Hammerheads...it's their turf, man. Exercise caution and understand your odds when entering the food chain. 99.9% of the time it's an irrational fear. There are worse things in the ocean, believe me, most of which are mankind's doing. Onward.
