Feel Like Bozo

Okay. You know those breaks you tell yourself you should take from writing? My friend Chris Holm recently said, too long of a break and he starts to feel edgy. Oh, I get the edgy thing, Chris...but to me it recently feels like I'm swimming in clown shoes and a lead wetsuit. In a fog bank. With a slow, cold current helixing beneath me. But it's getting better. Today was okay. Got some done, but tomorrow I want to do better. One scratch at a time...a few hours, here and there, right. Whatever. Onward.
