He co-edited the satiric transgressive fiction collection D*CKED: DARK FICTION INSPIRED BY DICK CHENEY and his debut novel KOKO TAKES A HOLIDAY is out now from Titan Books. Once Upon a Time...
Once upon a time a team of highly-trained bovine and chicken operatives helio-dropped into a secret location and killed the iconic figurehead of the McDonald's Corporation--Ronald McDonald. And there was much rejoicing within the cow and poultry community. A pair of friends (one cow and one chicken) stood on a hill watching the celebrations, thinking to themselves--today is just today and what a fine day it is...but tomorrow will just be tomorrow and nobody knows what that will bring. I'm only sharing this story to put today's news in perspective not to make fun of the terrible things that have scarred all of us. After all the spin, after all the blow-back, after all the horror and circus just remember...those McDonald's franchises are everywhere, cows and chickens. Everywhere. Onward.
