To his self-deprecating astonishment he's also been nominated for the Story South’s Million Writers Award twice without sending the judges so much as a thank you note. He co-edited the satiric transgressive fiction collection D*CKED: DARK FICTION INSPIRED BY DICK CHENEY and his debut novel KOKO TAKES A HOLIDAY is out now from Titan Books. Reminder: Sad Janitor - Crimefactory

Just a friendly reminder that the CRIMEFACTORY "Sad Janitor" contest deadline is two weeks out--8/20. 1500 words and a slot in Issue #5, which if I'm not mistaken is the Kung-Fu issue. More meat on the bones than a regular flash piece. I'd enter but I've kind of overstayed my welcome at the factory and they've cleaned out my locker. Cam actual threw all my stuff in a cardboard box and set it on fire in the parking lot, and Keith threw a baloney sandwich at my head. Then it started to rain. Grumble, grumble.
